Parent/Guardian Waiver

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Consent for Participation: I consent to my child's participation in activities conducted by Young Athletic Times, including but not limited to interviews, press conferences, and photographs.

2. Use of Likeness and Statements: I grant Young Athletic Times the right to use my child's likeness, voice, and statements in their content, including publications, website, and social media channels.

3. Release of Liability: I release Young Athletic Times, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my child's participation in activities conducted by Young Athletic Times.

4. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in activities conducted by Young Athletic Times involves certain risks and hazards. I accept and assume all risks associated with my child's participation.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Young Athletic Times, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my child's participation in activities conducted by Young Athletic Times.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
